Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam Counselling 2019 Process:
- Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam 2019 counselling process will going to be organize in the following rounds:
- Online Registration>Document Verification>Online Choice Filling>Seat Allotment>Reporting
- It is conducted in five rounds, counting spot counselling (if seats remain vacant).
Estimate fee:
- AKTU Counselling 2019 fee is Rs. 1000/-.
- It is adjusted at the time of admission with the college fee.
Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam Counselling procedure:
- Upload their documents scan copy for verification through online mode.
- Fill several choices of colleges/courses to avoid seat missing.
- Edit their choices before locking them.
- Lock the filled choices.
- In case, students not get their chosen choice seat in the first round of counselling. They can take part in the second round of counselling.
- If students get a seat during the later round of counselling, then their earlier allotted seat (if any) is automatically cancelled.

UPTU Counselling Procedure
Online Registration:
- You need to register for the counselling through online mode.
- It will begin from June 2019.
- You may register for counselling by entering their application number & password.
- During registration, submit counselling fee of Rs. 1000/-.
- Deposit Fee through online mode
- Online mode consists of credit card/debit card/internet banking and offline mode can be demand draft
Document Verification:
- After fee payment, upload the scanned copy of all credentials
- Documents will be verified by the university through online mode.
- Those who belongs to reserved category, their caste certificate will be made soon may be in the month of April .
Online Choice Filling:
- After successful fee payment & transaction is modernized
- “Choice Filling & Locking” link is activated right away on the login page.
- Fill their choices of college & courses as per their first choice.
- Fill the maximum number of choices.
- Lock the filled choices in a specified period.
- Or else, the choices filled by students at the end of the particular period are automatically locked by the system.
Seat Allotment:
- You may check the seat allotment result by entering their “Application Number” & “Password”.
- You may also download their seat allotment letter for admission.
- Allotment of seat is carried out based on UPSEE merit, availability of seats, subject to the order of preference given for the seats.
- After seat allotment, no change in the division/institution is admissible.
Reporting:
- After the declaration of seat allotment result, report at the allotted college
- Seats will be automatically cancelled in case, they will not report at the allotted college in a given time.
- After that, the seat will be given to the next students.
AKTU/UPTU Admission Procedure:
- After completion of the counselling process, report at the allotted college with a provisional allotment letter.
- Bring the remaining amount of fee & all relevant documents
- Original & one set of self-attested photocopies.
- It is compulsory to pay the remaining admission fee to confirm their seat & admission.
- Otherwise, the seat is allotted to another candidate.
- Candidates, those allotted a seat & get admission in the allotted institution, the fee submitted by them during counselling, without any subtraction is adjusted against the Institution fee.
